He received his MSc in Endodontics at the world renowned Eastman Dental Institute (UCL) in 2008 with distinction in the research component. Eastman Dental Institute serves as a secondary and tertiary referral center treating complicated endodontic cases referred in from GDP`s and other specialists.

Byron has acquired advanced skills in modern preparation, disinfection and heat obturating techniques as well as proficiency in using the technologies of operating dental microscope and endosonics. ‘’The Square’’ is introducing the Kodak 8100 3D Scanner which was produced in 2014 and has been postulated that has the lowest radiation exposure on the market ideal for endodontic procedures. Today the Square Dental referral clinic becomes one of the very few endodontic practices offering the 3D visualisation facilitating premium diagnosis and endodontic treatments. The Square Dental referral clinic is collaborating with award winning dentist with special interest in dental Implants Dr. Vasiliki Loli DDS MSc who has been providing dental implant referral services for most of the dental practices on the island since 2010. Dr. Loli achieved her MSc in Implantology at Manchester University with merit in 2010.Committed to first class treatment and care to her patients and referring dentists Vicki has been placing the arguably most evidence best dental implant system in the literature, Straumann. Every implant case is planned with the aid of computerised tomography according to the most recent and evidence based guidelines. The latter minimises surgical complications and enhances functional and aesthetic predictability of the planned case.Dr. Loli offers her dental implant services in her specifically equipped implantology surgery with focus on aseptic procedures and CBCT guided digital workflow. Over the years Dr. Loli has placed thousounds implants that have tracked record of follow ups. From a single implant to challenging full mouth implant rehabilitation Vicky will design, plan and treat your case under strict operating criteria and minimal discomfort. Dr. Loli is an author of Cochrane Collaboration, an international network for evidence based medicine and dentistry in official relations with the World Health Organisation. She has also published a systematic review in the European Journal of Oral Implantology, one of the most important journals in dental Implantology.

Efstathios received his Diploma of Dental Surgery in 2009 from the University of Athens, Greece. He worked in General Practice in Greece before he moved to the UK in 2010. From 2010 until September 2012 he worked as a general dentist in mixed NHS and private practices in the Norfolk region.

In 2012 he was accepted and enrolled in a three-year full time specialty-training program in Periodontology at the renowned Eastman Dental Institute (University College London). In 2015, he obtained his MClinDent in Periodontology (UCL Eastman) and on the same year he was awarded a Certificate in Periodontology accredited by the European Federation of Periodontology (2015).

The Eastman MClinDent (Periodontology) program is one of the 13 European periodontology programs, and the only one in UK, that is accredited by the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP).

Efstathios is also involved in research. He has an active research portfolio and is currently a Clinical Research Fellow at the Centre of Clinical Oral Research at the Institute of Dentistry (Queen Mary University of London, UK), participating in clinical trials focusing on the treatment of peri-implant and periodontal diseases.

He is currently working closely with our dental team to provide periodontal treatment for our patients. He has wide experience in periodontal treatment, including non-surgical and surgical treatment of periodontal diseases including conventional and regenerative periodontal surgery, periodontal plastic/aesthetic surgery, alveolar bone augmentation procedures and dental implants.

The Square is also proud to introduce our dental surgeon Dr. Dimitrios Karasoulos DDS, MSc. Dimitrios has completed his postgraduate MSc studies in Implantology at the University of Manchester in 2010, when he graduated with distinction. His thesis “Interventions of replacing missing teeth: augmentation of the maxillary sinus” is published at the International Cochrane Collaboration and at the European Journal of Oral Implantology. He specialises in complicated bone augmentation procedures and soft tissue management through microsurgery approach. His aim is providing minimally invasive care regarding bone grafting cases by means of piezosurgery. This modern way of oral surgery ensures precision during operation, diminished tissue damage, which finally minimizes postoperative morbidity and complications and ensures more predictable outcome. He believes in high standard of work through evidence based dentistry, precision, reliability and life-long learning and teaching in dentistry. He is a member of the European Association of Osseointegration

Dr. Nikolaos Tzakris is a dedicated dental professional who has been committed to excellence, precision, and predictable outcomes since graduating in Dental Medicine in 2013.

He further advanced his expertise by earning a Master of Science in Endodontics from the University of Siena in Italy, where he honed his skills in performing complex dental procedures. Utilizing state-of-the-art dental microscopy, Dr. Tzakris enhances diagnostic accuracy and treatment quality, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

In addition to his clinical practice, he actively contributes to the global dental community by serving as a lecturer at international congresses, sharing his innovative insights and fostering professional growth among his peers.

Dr. Josie Crompton is a highly skilled dentist who graduated from the University of Manchester in 2012. With a passion for providing comprehensive and comfortable care, Dr Crompton has undergone advanced training in dental sedation, offering treatment to dental phobic patients and ensuring a calming experience for anxious individuals.
